HOW TO DISAPPEAR (BUT NOT COMPLETELY)

A relatively undercover year for The Dossier, as we continued work on our next LP, grappled with the usual existential distractions, and took a deep dive into extracurriculars--writing, recording, remixing, and producing with and for other camps.

Chief of those was the far-flung electronic collective Trade Secrets, with whom we collaborated on the debut single Only You from their Golden Life EP; remixed second single Deaux, featuring French pop chanteur Peka; and co-wrote and performed on the forthcoming track Broken Instincts.

Longstanding comrades The Mystic Underground got a martial rework of their single Those Evil Urges, with other remixes and collaborations in the pipe. Some ill-timed health issues saw us treading the live boards less than we'd have liked, but we shared the stage with the excellent Ghost Cop and Panama Papers.

For the new year we've got singles on the brain--offerings that stand up and announce themselves to us from the gestating LP and answer our overwhelming desire to break ranks and share new material after so much time in the laboratory.
